Loft conversion

We transformed this former two bedroom cottage in Cannes, Cornwall into a four bedroom house by converting the loft and incorporating an existing extension into two extra bedrooms and bathrooms.

The conversion added 30% to the floor space of the property.

Loft conversion

We converted this former two bedroom bungalow in North Cott, Devon into a four bedroom house, transforming it almost unrecognisably.

The conversion added two very large double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, and a suspended balcony.

Extension and conservatory

We extended this property in Devoran which is located right on the water's edge.

We converted the original pent roof extension into a two-storey extension which included a new kitchen, a master bedroom and en suite bathroom.

Restoration and bathroom refit

This project in Kelly Bray involved work to restore original feature roof trusses in a traditional Cornish cottage.

At the same time we replaced the bathroom with attractive heritage pieces more appropriate to the age of the property.
