We can provide a complete package from start to finish, our sister company A & K Architectural Services takes care of planning permission, building regulations and structural engineering requirements and the conversion is inspected by the local building control authority to ensure all work carried out by our own in-house highly skilled team meets the required standards and a completion certificate will then be issued on ensuring your insurance remains valid.

To maximise the space available (subject to local authority approval) we can design in dormers in all shapes and sizes, velux window units and balconies to further enhance the conversion, and individual bespoke staircases to suit each conversion.

We will work with you at all stages, giving you personal attention all the way through to completion. We are fully insured and all our work is guaranteed for five years

For the enthusiast we can do the main structural work, including the staircase, and allow you to complete the rest.
We are able to offer advice to assist you to complete your loft conversion and ensure all regulations are met.

Many loft conversion projects come to us through recommendations from our many satisfied clients and we can make arrangements for you to view these.

D & G Construction (SW) Ltd will provide CAD schematic designs having discussed your individual requirements and available loft space. With these we will provide a fixed price quotation detailing all aspects of the conversion, This quotation is fully inclusive of all architectural work, structural engineers calculations, materials, plumbing, heating, lighting, sockets and smoke alarms. All we leave for you is decoration and we can even arrange this via one of our preferred suppliers.

Once you have accepted our quotation we will carry out a full survey by a qualified architect (email enquiries@akarchitecturalservices.co.uk for more details) and have detailed plans drawn up for your approval, featuring your specific requirements.

We will then submit the plans for planning approval if required (many can be carried out under permitted development rights) and building regulation approval.
