D & G Construction (SW) Ltd are a well established family owned business serving Cornwall and the south west, incorporating A & K Architectural Services and AK Electrical Services.

By incorporating our Architectural and Electrical Services divisions we are able to offer a complete package of in-house services. We offer total project management so there are no sub contractors for you to deal with.

We specialise in quality bespoke loft conversions, bathrooms and adaptation work for people with specific mobility problems and disabilities.

We cover every stage of the construction from initial design and planning requirements to completion ready for you to occupy including removal of all waste.

We guarantee that:

• All work is carried out by our in-house team or approved sub contractors
• We are fully insured to cover any accidents to a value of £5,000,000
• Our service includes all preparation and waste removal - all we ask of you is to put away your personal property
• Electrical work is carried out in accordance with IEE 17th Edition wiring regulations and part P of the Building Regulations, and in accordance with our registration with NICEIC
• All plumbing and heating will be fully pressure tested and checked for correct function in accordance with the Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineers guidance and Gas Safe registration
• All work is fully compliant with UK building regulations
